Scope of Whistleblowing
1) Misconduct involving intentional acts for unlawful personal or third-party gain, including fraud, such as:
- Corruption
- Asset misappropriation
- Fraudulent reporting
- Destruction of evidence, falsification, or concealment of information to facilitate fraud or corruption
- Retaliation against whistleblowers or individuals involved in reporting, investigation, fact-finding, legal proceedings, or cooperation with courts or government authorities, such as harassment, demotion, disciplinary action, termination, or unfair treatment
2) Misconduct involving transactions that violate laws, regulations, Company rules, business ethics, or the Company’s Code of Conduct
3) Misconduct involving human rights violations, such as discrimination or harassment
