IT City Public Company Limited (“IT CITY”) has received an “Excellent” Corporate Governance rating (5-Star Rating) from the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD), with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), under the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2026 (CGR).
In 2026, the Company achieved the 5-Star “Excellent” rating for the third consecutive year, reflecting its continued commitment to conducting business in accordance with good corporate governance principles and continuously enhancing its corporate governance standards. The Company places strong emphasis on transparency, accountability, and comprehensive information disclosure, which serve as essential foundations for creating business value and ensuring the Company’s long-term sustainability.
