Employment of the Disabled

The Company has a non-discrimination policy and provides equal employment opportunities by supporting the employment of persons with disabilities in accordance with applicable laws, while promoting an inclusive workplace that is open, respectful of diversity, and supportive of collaboration.
In 2025, the Company employed one person with a disability in an internal position, taking into consideration job suitability, individual capabilities, and potential, to enable effective performance and equal treatment alongside other employees.
In addition, the Company has continuously supported the development of quality of life for persons with disabilities through a contribution of THB 1,722,070 to the Fund for the Promotion and Development of the Quality of Life of Persons with Disabilities, reflecting the Company’s commitment to contributing to an equitable, inclusive society where no one is left behind.

Human Rights Violations
