Business Continuity Management Policy
IT City Public Company Limited (the “Company”) realizes the importance of preparation for any crisis that may occur and cause the company’s operation and business interruption. Therefore, in order to respond, restore normal conditions and continuously carry on the business, The company has determinedly formulated the Business Continuity Management policy for the company as follows:

Ensure that the company’s business operation will be continuous, even during the emergency and crisis, and be restorable to normalcy in no time through effectively response and mitigation plans with the underlining goals to safeguard the interests of its key stakeholders, reputation, brand, and value-creating activities without breaking the laws, rules, and regulations.

Establish the business continuity management system that complies with international standard and the company’s operational framework to review and assess the effectiveness of the system and continuous improvement as well as development an organizational culture along with effective communication both internally and externally.

The department responsible for business continuity management must coordination and collaboration to each areas to develop the business continuity management plan and crisis management center structure.

Inform periodically th BCM performance to Executive Committee when significant changes occur.

Managements all levels of the company must promote and support the BCM implementation and provide sufficient resources, including of knowledge and capability development BCM program to assure effective executions of BCM personnel.

Managements, employees, and personnel working under supervision of the company must aware and make every effort to help in achieving business continuity objectives on a regular basis.
