Non-Infringement of Intellectual Property Policy of IT City Public Company Limited
IT City Public Company Limited (the “Company”) There are policies and guidelines regarding non-neglect of intellectual property such as copyrights, patents, trademarks, etc. As follows:
- Raise awareness for the directors, executives and employees in order to honor and respect the intellectual property rights of others, the Company must apply for the permission of the person who owns the intellectual property legally before using it.
- The Company encourages the Company not to use any use that infringes the intellectual property of others.
- The company will maintain customer confidentiality. The Company shall obtain information from customers, including information of all stakeholders of the Company, except in cases where permission is obtained from the data subject, with great care not to disclose the confidentiality of customers and/or interested persons to third parties.
- All employees must not disclose inside information or trade secrets to other persons without permission, and employees are prohibited from using the Company’s information and trade secrets for any personal gain.
- Employees must not infringe any intellectual property such as copying. Reproduce, modify, and distribute works, including computer software, for employees who infringe any intellectual property rights and are subject to disciplinary and legal offenses.
- The Company has established regulations on the use of computers and the Internet within the Company in accordance with the Computer Crime Act.
- If any act is found to be a violation of rights or an act that may cause an intellectual property dispute, the employee is obliged to report it to his supervisor immediately. Those who violate or violate the policy will be considered for disciplinary action in accordance with the Company’s operating regulations or the requirements of regulatory authorities, and in the event that the offense is an offense under the provisions of the law, it will be considered for punishment as prescribed by law.
This policy shall be effective from April 24, 2023 onwards.
