Procurement Policy of IT City Public Company Limited
IT City Public Company Limited has placed great emphasis on procurement, which is an important process that supports the Company’s business operations. Therefore, the Company has formulated a procurement policy to set the Company’s principles and practices in the same direction. The essence is as follows:
- Adhere to the principle of procurement according to specifications to maximize benefits and maximum efficiency, taking into account the importance of quality, price, quantity, and environmental friendliness. Punctuality in the delivery of products and services.
- Adhere to the principle of procurement that is responsible for the economy. Social and Environmental (ESG)

- Adhere to the principle of procurement through a transparent, fair, and auditable supplier selection process. Do not take advantage of partners.
- Adhere to the principle of treating all suppliers equally and listen to opinions and suggestions from suppliers to lead to increased efficiency in joint business development.
- Adhere to the principles of procurement and environmentally friendly procurement policy. Green Procurement Policy in promoting and supporting products and services that contribute to reducing the Impact on the environment Reduce greenhouse gas emissions and take into account occupational health and safety. As follows:
- Prioritize and support the use of local products and services.
- Prioritize and support the use of products and services that receive environmental labels. Green label, or certified by environmental management standards such as ISO 14001 or other environmental protection standards that can be attested.
- Prioritize and support the use of environmentally friendly cleaning products.
- Prioritize and support the use of packaging or packaging made from recycled materials.
- Prioritize and support the proper management of packages or packaging.

- Do not accept or give gifts. Unless such actions are properly performed, they will not be used to provide services or other benefits. It is appropriate to the situation, festivals, and traditions of each locality.
- Adhere to the principle of procurement with partners who prioritize human rights in accordance with international principles. We will not support business partners who conduct business related to modern slavery.
- Adhere to the principle of procurement that supports and promotes the employment of local workers. Create opportunities to develop vocational skills to improve the quality of people in the community.
- Support and promote the enhancement of knowledge and develop the capabilities of suppliers to create sustainable growth in joint business operations.
